Pacific bluefin tuna
Pacific bluefin tuna, also known as northern bluefin tuna or tuna, is a bony fish belonging to the family Scombridae in the order Perciformes. Pacific bluefin tuna is mainly distributed in subtropical and temperate waters of the North Pacific and North Atlantic. Belonging to the temperate oceanic upper middle layer fish species that swim quickly, it has highly migratory characteristics and prefers to cluster. Prey fish, cephalopods, crustaceans, etc. Due to significant changes in the consumption of deep freezing and commercial fishing, by the early 1990s, the adult population in the Atlantic had declined to only 13% of the 1975 population level.
